The worse service I have received from any company. My fibre has been down since 04 March 2025. I have reported and called every day since , to get assistance. They keep escalating to Vodacom but with no results. How does it take a whole week for someone to assist!!!! And this is not the first time this year we have experienced this terrible service! I feel hopeless and I don't know how to get assistance. I'm disappointed in both Afrihost and Vodacom fibre service!
Our fibre has been off since the 27th Dec 2024. We have raised the issue with Afrihost the evening of the 27th Dec 2024. They sent an escalation to Vodacom. We have followed up everyday via email and calls. The only response Afrihost can give us is that they have escalated it to Vodacom. Today is the 04th Jan 2025!!!!! And still we have not heard a single thing from Vodacom! The service is extremely poor and we are so disappointed that we trusted Afrihost and Vodacom with our fibre connection!
It is the best way to sell your pre-loved items. They ensure the buyer and seller are protected. I had an issue regarding a buyer and they attended to my query immediately. Highly recommend!
On the 10 June 2023 during the late afternoon in the Rietfontein area on Soutpansberg road, my car unfortunately gave in. I was standing in the middle of the road waiting for assistance. A young gentleman from Quatro security called Meas( not sure of the spelling) stopped to assist in the Quatro vehicle with registration nr: JJ95VD. He waited with me until I was assisted and waited till I left safely. I am grateful as a female as it can be very unsafe.I appreciated his help.
