I wanted to return my items as the size was not right. I emailed the company, the kept on responding with more questions not to have my items returned. They eventually responded and gave me the option of keeping the items and providing 50% refund. Its months later. I have not received any refund and they do not respond to my emails.
Always a problem with pruchasing electricity. When purchase electricity, my prepaid meter do not take my units or sometime I cannot purchase electricity at all. I have logged a request, two weeks ago and no one gets back to me. Have been sitting without electricity and Eskom does not help.
I would not recommend anyone to Avis vehicle hire. I hired a vehicle on 22 July 2024. I paid an amount of R2250. I was informed that when I return the vehicle with full fuel tank, the amount will be sent back to me. It is now almost 3 weeks later and I never received my money back, they do not respond on my emails. Their service is ridiculous once they have received their vehicle back.
I purchased goods on Pick n Pay asap at 16:27, the delivery time has changed 5 times. I called customer carr, the agent placed me on hold and said the delivery is on its way. It is 21:00 and I have not received my goods. O am very disappointed. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never make use of this app again. I will inform other people about this bad service as well.
Auto and General promised that when we need to claim for our insurance axcess rebate, we wil receive our axcess fee of R8000 back should we provide sufficient proof. I was in an accident, I provided all evidents, video footage..etc, I have not received my money back and also do not hear from them. I will never show people to Auto and General and will always inform people about this.
I have moved to a new property, struggled for two months to get my wifi reconnected through WebAfrica with who I have been with for very long. They told me there is another ISP showing on my address and they waiting on Vumatel for feedback and that there is nothing that they nor myself can do. I went on Vumatels Facebook Messenger, Vumatel advised what WebAfrica is supposed to do, I informed Webafrica and my line was cleared in a week. I spoke to one of the agents to confirm if my line has been cleared she responded "no we waiting on feedback". I asked her to check again she responded "oh sorry your line has been cleared". I am highly irritated by WebAfrica that firstly I had to do their work for them and then struggled with *********** agents. I do not recommend WebAfrica to anyone.
