I wish to thank VW the Glen. The friendly assistance I got when I had lost my wheel lock nut key. Kobus and the gentleman at Parts (forgot his name).
They sent me a quotation, I paid. When I called them they said I must pay more money before they continue with the service. The agent was rude and would not even let me finish any sentence. All she (Janet) was kept asking is whether I have paid or not. What a horror of a ****. I never thought I'll be ****med like this.
Rain keeps debiting my account double for a service I am not receiving. I upgraded to rain one and since then they debit my account double. Also the 2 sims card they sent me do not work. No one can help me at their call center. This is just *******.
1. Rain keeps debiting my account double. I tried to log a query but they say they will call me back. I stopped the debit order and they will not allow me to log a query unless payment is first made. 2. I upgraded to Rain One package and the 2 SIM cards they sent me only work near the modem....:-0 . Again no one from the call center can assist.
