Good Day, There was an issue with my no claim cash back bonus. I contacted Auto & General. They investigated, reviewed and subsequently re-instated the bonus. This was a pleasant experience dealing with Auto & General. I was in communication with Nokthula (Unfortunately I did not get her surname) She was very professional in her dealing with me. In this day and age, it is indeed heartening to deal with ethical businesses, particular in the Insurance industry.
I received a POLO Shirt as a gift. It was small and I wanted to exchange it for a larger size at the Shadows Gateway store where it was purchased. It was in the same package with the labels, barcode, Tags etc. still on it. What I received from Shadows Gateway was a most unpleasant experience. They refused point blank, saying that I needed a receipt, despite me telling the rep that it was a birthday gift and it is not appropriate to ask the person who gave you a birthday gift for a receipt. All I wanted was to exchange it for a larger size, NOT a refund. He point blank refused saying that this was the instruction he got from his manager, a person by the name of Nazeem, who was nowhere to be found. One would never get this type of service from reputable stores like Cape Union Mart or Woolworths etc. This is the problem one encounters when dealing with Mickey Mouse stores.
