Beware - Do not sign up for a contract with Cell C. They debited my account with arrear interest and other costs that I am not liable for. I pay them ore than my monthly contract and even before month end but they want to suspend my service. I am a client for more than 30 years. Poor pathetic service. Do not do business with them or you will regret it.
Poor service to clients. Stay away as far as possible. I was waiting 15 min just to get hold of a salesperson. I am an existing client for more than 30 years and just want to give them 30 days' notice that I will not continue with my account. They just increase your monthly payment as they wish and without any notice. Furthermore, you cannot reach them on email - they do not have - and on their call Centre you wait for ages, and it cost you money and not them. POOR SERVICE - Stay away.
What a battle to get hold of OUTsurance via email and to get paid for a claim lodged. Poor service to clients.!!!
Still a very poor service to clients. You keep on telling me that you busy investigate but in the meantime you suspend my account. You feel nothing for senior citizens and customers that pay your salary. I am going to cancel my contract with you. Terrible service from such a big company which I supported for more than 30 years. Shame on you.
Very careful when you decide to sign up for a car insurance policy with OUTsurance. They promise you the moon and the stars, but when you submit a simple claim then this is when you run into a brick wall. They have various email addresses, but none is working. When you left a message for someone to call you, they never respond. POOR SERVICE to clients especially when you are a pensioner.
The worst experience you can get. Do not sign up for any contract with CellC. I am a customer for 30 years (pensioner) and have a horrible experience with them. You cannot even find a manager or competent employee to sort out your problem. They rather threaten you with suspending your account. Very disappointed and upset customer.
Be very careful to sign up for any CellC contracts. They just increased mine by R278 without informing me or told me when I signed up for a 2 year contract. They penalize pensioners in particular.
I am a mweb customer(pensioner) for more than 25 years. I experience problems with my emails and try to get help since 12am. I tried to call their technical support and were told that I am number 50 in queue. I then tried online to get hold of someone just to be told it is a busy day and they trying to find a agent to help me. What a poor service. 6PM and I am still waiting.
Cell C accounts department is in a mess and provide a poor service. I am a pensioner customer for many years and out of the blue they debit my account with as they call it - Content Services - which I have no knowledge of. According to their call center this was for gaming services I signed up for but have no knowledge of. Not very helpful/ friendly consultants that work with the public. Poor service to loyal clients. I am a pensioner - 80 years old - and want to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration with the Fiduciary department of FNB. My wife died recently, and I have to deal with 6 different employees and everyone requesting different information and documents. You just get passed on from one employee to another and no one is willing or capable to take responsibility to deal with this matter. If you have a will, make sure you not dealing with FNB because you going to experience many issues and frustrations from their employees. Never experienced so much red tape from a big bank that is supposed to help you as a customer.
