Ordered and paid for a Dravenso Leather Arm Chair. As per their advert, the product is available Mid December 2025. Immediately after securing the order, I get an email from Shirene van Huizen(Online sales Administrator) that the product will only arrive late December and delivery will be mid to end January 2026. I ask them if there are options to collect the item if their delivery can take a whole month, they are not coming forth. Very likely they will not have the product by Mid December but sales target must be reached at the expense of the client... I ask Shirene about cancelling the order, she does not even hesitate to engage me and offer an apology. She was glad to cancel it in that moment and informed me that I will likely get my money in 21 days. Mind you I was hoping to secure another deal else where, as I need the chair when hosting a function on 31 December, if they cannot deliver as promised. I sent them another email yesterday morning and I was ignored. They are just in the business of securing sales so they can meet their targets for December bonuses. They have no regard for their client and the inconvenience they cause. They have employed the most arrogant staff members to deal with clients and the arrogancy is 10/10 but customer care 0/10. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. You will hear about changes to your order and the delivery that can take a WHOLE MONTH once you have made the payment AND NOT IN THE ADVERT. BIG ****** AND MASTERS OF FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM OUHOUT!!! I would not recommend them to anybody not even my worst enemy. They have managers who have ZERO care for customer retention and service. They will speak to you like they are more important than you and they are doing you a favour. Their managers handle customers with emotions and throw tantrums when you raise concerns. Manager even went as far as saying I can cancel my order If I wanted when I raised my dissatisfaction with them. One would expect quality service considering the brand they are. They treat you like royalty when they want your money and will treat you like ******* when you have issues with them. I got my delivery with no prior arrangements made with me as or at least a phone call to say they are on their way as the manager was trying to be spiteful or to inconvenience me. I had to leave work so I can open for them. The delivery note came with a highlighted instruction that I must pay R500 delivery, cash on delivery and when I enquire about the whole thing she raises her voice and spoke with so much irritation like I am her tea girl. This R500 is being paid to them so there is no running away which is not even 0.025% of what I paid them upfront . So its a Tom and Jerry situation at the expense of the customer I would never set my foot in any of their stores again. I have never regretted buying and supporting a business like like I do now with Ouhout They will never see me again

Premium can be quite pricey but there's room for negotiations and they always try their best to retain their clients. I have not had issues with them so far
