They told me to pay for the fibre even though they knew they don’t have the infrastructure in my area to connect me..it’s been two months waiting for my refund and they keep ignoring my emails and calls
I withdrew r5000 from a cash express atm with my FNB account on 7th of October and the money didn’t come out of the atm,I emailed FNB and they reversed the money today into my account but they debited the r5000 again and when I contact FNB about the issue,no one is willing to help and they keep telling me that they will look into it..it’s been three days now and I need that money like yesterday…I don’t understand why FNB will reverse the money into my account and debit it again
i have a policy with metropolitan and they didn't pay all the money,when i queried with the customer service after funeral on Monday the 17th of July they told me i will get the money...Today is Friday on the 21st of July and i haven't received the remaining amount,The purpose of a policy is to help you during funeral preparations not get your money in pieces and have to query when you pay them every month.
