BE CAREFUL WHEN USING KRISPY KREME APP. You will make a payment via the app with your linked bank card which “declines” the transaction but it is reserved and eventually paid from your bank account. You then make a card payment which is also debited against your bank account. Try get a refund and they’ll tell you there is only one payment although you can prove that both amounts have been debited and paid to Krispy Kreme against your account within 5 minutes of each other. This is not an isolated incident!!
R170 for two beers, coffee milkshake (for some reason served in a plastic cup with sugar and a wooden stir stick) and an ice tea (because they didn’t have soft drinks) Never mind that our focaccia never materialized after 90 minutes besides being told it would be out within 3 minutes after the first 60…. Don’t waste your time, petrol or money just not worth it!!!!
Have you ever tried to claim from Discovery Insure. You have to do their jobs for them, run around and continuously follow up. You pay a fortune every month and they want to use pirated parts on your vehicle. You email them, they don’t bother to respond. You phone them they don’t come back to you. You ask for email address to lodge a complaint they give you false information. Must be great to work for a company where you get paid to not do your job Dineo Khatshwa, Yanga Ntiyantiya, Sanele Ngidi and those that I telephoned or spoke to via bot chat. There is clearly a lack of training, knowledge and responsibility at Discovery Insure. AM I SURPRISED - OH HELL NO!!
