I ordered a Chimney First week of Feb 2025 and i got a microwave delivery, i logged a return where Makro came and picked the Microwave within 3 days, i then followed up about my refund/delivery of what i had ordered and makro stated that they only refund me. To date i have not received any refund, its been close to 2 months, i call them daily and they keep saying they escalating to Finance department. I am so disappointed for such a huge Brand and the poor delivery. Please assist me so that Makro can pay my refund
I am not happy with the service i have been receiving from booking.com, i booked an apartment through booking.com which had 3 bedrooms only to get to the property and we were given 2 bedrooms. I have been calling booking.com for my refund and all im getting is they need proof that we were given 2 bedrooms, that time we did not take any pictures and we believe its their duty to call the property and ask them how many rooms they offered us, im so dissapointed that instead of booking.com to take accountability they want me to investigate the matter on their behalf. Be aware as you book from booking.com that whatever specifications are on the adverti*****t are as the property says they are.
I booked via booking.com last year June for this year June 2024. I booked a 3bedroom apartment in afri ski as the trip was planned for 3couples. Only to get there and we were given 2rooms with no accountability or apology, the receptionist advised that we talk to booking.com as its not their problem, we asked to talk to the Manager ‘Mmapuseletso’ who was very rude and did not even want to address us. This is the worst property to book from and the people who work here are very mean from the supervisor ‘Mmakananelo to the Manager ‘Mmapuseletso’ these people should not be put in managerial positions if they cant help customers
If i could, i would give samsung SA online a zero star. I placed my order for washing machine on a sat, it said the order would arrive in 2-3 days, i called on wed to check, i was told the order had just arrived in jhg from durban and would be sent to logistics the following day which is thursday, on Thursday i received a called from logistics comfirming that they will deliver on friday. Friday i call logistics and they told me samsung told them to hold on from delivering my washing machine. I was on the call for cumulative of 3 hours trying to understand why samsung did this without calling and samsung customer cares wouldnt answer. Then i was told they will deliver next monday. Horriable shaddy service
