A three weeks vacation luggage was lost in Cape Town international Airport. Whilst checking in I paid for the suitcase and handed it over to the lady assisting us with checking in for our flight. Upon putting pressure on them to view the footage to determine how the suitcase got lost we found out that the luggage was untagged which was the responisibility of the counter lady assisting with checking in and stamping our tickets. since the 20/12/23, there was no communication between Cape Town international airport and I only Lanseria Airport is constantly communicating with me regarding updates and progress. I would like to express how disappointing and frustrated with has been. Sitting on a vacation with no clothes, toiletries etc and being told that untagged bags are placed in a cage where there is no cameras. I need this sorted ASAP or I am taking it further

Horrible customer service, Vuma and Vodacom both very unprofessional. Took out a contract on the 12 July till today I am not connected. No one knows what to do to connect my services. i want to cancel no one is willing to cancel my contract. ****mers Do not take vodacom fiber
Bad service, no one cares whether you are connected My advice do not take anything connected with vuma ****py services
Lovely agent I spoke with Buhle. Very friendly and was able to calm me down early in the morning. she brightened my day
I took out contract with Vodacom on the 12/07/23 till date I have not had an active connection No one bothers to contact me and inform me what is happening. Stories after stories everyday. No direct contact with Vumatel I am so fed up with the poor service vodacom has lately its annoying. I wanted to cancel the contract no one wants to assist in cancellation Would never recommend it to anyone. For your own sanity do not go with Vodacom Fibre pathetic service
