I've been trying to call Ithemba all morning with absolutely no joy. I get transferred to an unattended mailbox or the call gets dropped. The agents need training, I've had the phone dropped on me 5 times with an agent named Ntokozo telling me to calm down. Absolutely no soft skills training whatsoever. Dealing with Ithemba has been a nightmare. They added a credit bureau listing for early termination with absolutely no warning. We had to find out via the bureau of the arrears. They have been paid and simple confirmation that payment was received that listing will be cleared is not forthcoming. The Pop was sent to their hello email. I do not reccomend that anyone move to their properties, the after service is shocking.
On the 31st of July we gave 1 month notice to vacate. Now in October we are told we absconded and owe rent for September. The building manager was also notified and keys returned. They are now threatening to blacklist us. We have all the correspondence and they refuse to acknowledge any of it.
Took out a warranty with king price. The turbos on the vehicle were damaged according to Nissan and their report. As the process took time we asked Nissan to proceed with the repair which they did. King price asked for pictures of the damage, however partial repairs had been done so it was not possible. They are rejecting the claim despite Nissan confirming the damage in their report. We spoke with Louis and Caitlyn who told the claim will be rejected and then he dropped the call in our ear. He wouldnt even provide his last name. He claimed I wanted a fight yet his tone was raised and combative

We submitted a windscreen claim with King Price and are receiving no joy. The claim goes directly to their service provider after that it is extremely difficult to discuss the claim with KP directly. The provider insists on a shaded windscreen and we specifically requested no shaded as this is what was on the vehicle. It's been more than a month of trying to resolve this simple claim.
Engen in Riversands is shockingly bad at everything. Only a few of the pumps are operational. Air pumps are faulty. ATM doesn't work. The shop closes in the evening and he queues become long. They also do not keep change, 3 times now I went there and they did not have any bronze coins, instead of shortchanging themselves, they would rather short change the customer.

Brake disc's and pads are worn and they won't replace them. Dekra had no issues
