Vodacom fibre in Tedstoneville provides the worst service. It’s actually “No service “ . On and off everyday. It’s a challenge to work from home. It is always an area outage. There is no explanation why, most of the time they don’t even know that there is an outage. I will never recommend anyone to join Vodacom. I would give them -1000 rating if it was available, they don’t even deserve 0 rating.
Cancellation are not done with Vodacom. The retention department is full of ******. I cancelled a contract with Vodacom last year December. They only cancelled one number and left one open . I am now told that I am owing and with debt collection and am in arrears for almost a 1000 rands . My contact number is i7295595 the number is 0716292550. If there was a minus score they deserve it .
I would like to write a review about Cartrack Nosiphiwe Maqa. She was so helpful. She sorted my inquiry speedily. I would recommend Cartrack to my friends and family. They are the best in service delivery.
This organisation puts lack of service to another level. If I could give them a -1 I would. After I resigned end of May 2024. I have been experiencing one hindrance after another with this organisation. The last feedback was my claim is still not processable. Now I had to open a case through their Complaints channel and the PFA ombudsman. Don’t ever use this company unless you want heartache, stress, and a very painful experience, then join them . It’s a pity for me I had no choice m, my former organisation is using TRF to administer their pensions hence I am now in this situation I am in.
I took a loan with Absa. I found out that they made a debit on the 25th of the month when I get paid on the 27th of the month. They could not make the change on the first installment however I called them to make the change for the second installment. On the 2nd installment they cancel the Debit on their side, informing me that I am in arears. This has a negative implication on my credit record. What surprises me is that the vehicle finance is deducted promptly by Absa. Now they are telling me to make a manual deposit. These people do not know how to manage their affairs. This is very exhausting for me. I cannot keep on being compromised by these people.
If there was a zero I would give them that. I have been contacted Client services from 31 March 2023. I have been requesting a unit transfer from one car to another from Bianca. It’s been more than a month the other time I spoke to Michelle no one can do their job there seriously how difficult can this be . I’m paying for a Cartrack unit that is in a wrong car . If this car I have just bought has an active unit as informed by Cartrack, why can’t Cartrack activate that for me and disable the old car at Webuycars . These people are just not assertive. When I requested escalation to a manager today. Simon transferred me to a person who made me hold the line forever. Unbelievable.
I bought a defy microwave at Makro carnival . If zero or negative 10 was a score I would give them. More than a month ago my defy useless microwave has not been repaired. Broken down more than once . Defy has no recollection of receiving the microwave. Makro is not answering their phone it’s as if I’m calling the municipal service call centre that’s how bad they are.
DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM COMPANY EAST RAND, THEY WILL SWINDLE AND HARASS YOU. I have cancelled the monthly subscription's taken for me and my daughter. This ************ Gym company has not stopped deducting. They are harassing me with messages of blacklisting me due to an overdue account, even though I have shown them the proof of the cancellation forms and photos taken on the day we went to cancel. I had even waited for the 3 months notice period since it was a month-to-month contract. They will not respond when the proof is sent, but they blue-ticked me. So unprofessional. I have also noted from recent previous Google reviews that I'm not the only one they are swindling; it is a pattern for them. They can never be trusted.
