Poor poor client communication
Seems like many others have the same complaint, no feedback, no response to emails, absolute lack of respect for where their income comes from. It's bad enough going through the embarrassing process of a sequestration and then you are ignored and disregarded as if you are not worthy of a response to a legitimate question.

Rain, too late for me, but you need to change couriers
Unfortunate that Rain use these guys, at this moment I'm at my gate waiting for their driver that was supposed to deliver at 0800 to 1000 which is doable, didn't arrive called them, was told he would arrive by 11, didn't, called them again, no he has left office now be there by 12, half work day gone already, if I leave after 12 and they arrive I suppose it's my fault then, These guys are bull****ters and giving Rain a bad name.
