Very poor service and unapologetic service. It takes 3 days for you to service your car using MOTORITE, I wouldn't advise anyone to use them. I opened a policy with them and they told me that everything is sorted and I can take my car for service. Before I booked my call for service, I called and spoke to MPHO & TEBOGO from motorite to confirm if I should take my car for service and guess what? The answer was yes. I called the my dealership and booked my car for service and guess how long it took for my car to be serviced, 3 ****en days because of this people. The dealership call Motorite and they didn't have my details on their system and who's fault is that? I didn't even get an apology from them for my time and money wasted. I regret taking a policy with them and I would advise anyone to do so!
POOR AND UNAPOLOGETIC SERVICE. I called on Friday 17/10/25 just before 16h00 and I spoke to a lady by the name of MICHELLE. The reason for my call was to book my car for service and I told her that I'm new in your dealership and explained that my car is under Motorite service plan. She was like you can come tomorrow on Saturday 18/10/25 between 08h00 to 08h30. I was like it's fine by me and I requested a booking confirmation and she was like there is no need for that and I should just come to the dealership and ask for Lizzy ( something like that ) . I got to the dealership and spoke to the lady and only to be told that I should come on Monday due to my service plan account dont operate on Saturdays. But I did explain to the lady Michelle that I under the service and you first need to call them to make verification checks. I had to cancel all my plans for the day and didn't even get an apology from them.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a contract/account that I have not used, yet I am now being charged for. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I did not make use of the services under this contract, and I do not believe I should be held financially responsible for charges related to an unused service. I request a full investigation into this matter and immediate clarification of the charges. If this is an error on your part, I expect a full reversal of the charges and confirmation in writing. Please treat this as a formal complaint. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I look forward to your urgent response.
I had a problem with shortfall and one of the sales consultants solved it in seconds. I really appreciate the service I always get from PMD
