Pathetic returns policy and you should really empower the manager to be able to use his own initiative to make a decision to exchange and item or not. I was gifted a Puma top and then informed your customer that its too big ill need to exchange it. I then called the store and spoke to the store manager who said the garment must be in the original condition and i need the receipt. I then asked for the receipt which shows the private details of the customer which she was not happy with but gave it to me as she didn't want her money go to waste. I took my lunch break and went to the store. I was assisted by the cashier who then told me i need to have the account holder with me if i want to exchange and item. I informed her i contacted the store and spoke a male who told me I just need the garment in original state and the receipt. She asked me to please hold on and then called the manager who acknowledged i spoke to him and he said he assumed it was purchased by me. They need your customer who works in the week and stays far from the store to come in and exchange a gift or they must write a letter to say i can exchange it. I am not a child coming to bring a letter for your *********** staff to confirm an exchange, they could have phoned the number on the receipt of your client and confirmed if they could exchange the purchase for a smaller size. Yes i only wanted a smaller size not pay in or refund or anything, same thing just a smaller size. I will encourage her to avoid office London its really not a nice place to shop at either. I have no account or interest in any store within the Truworths banner and i am so happy that my money does not go to you!!!!!
I am appalled by the level of marketing which you as a banking institution has stooped too. I received a text message stating an account was opened in my name and if it is not me I need to contact the ***** department. Today around 12h30 I contacted the ***** department on the contact number provided and a gentleman named Ntobozo answered. He requests my ID number and name and sends me an approval message but he already has my full contact number without me providing it. Instead of telling me about the *****ulent activity he then starts asking why I don't have products from Nedbank, can he tell me about their products. The moment I said I don't want any nedbank products I want to know about the ***** pertaining to my ID number he says he will give me the info but he wants to tell me about some Nedbank app to download. When I started to get irritated and said I don't want anything from Nedbank just to find out what *****ulent activities are going on he said he will transfer me to *****. I then informed him this is ********* marketing by stating ***** but then it's actually a marketing campaign. I put the phone down and he contacted me from Nedbank Kroonstat 3 times to say I can lay a complaint but he will transfer me to *****. Nedbank this is extremely unprofessional, misleading, deceptive and an ********* way to conduct business. I personally have been negatively affected by this as a potential *****ulent account could be opened in my name so my work day has been wasted stressing about this.
This is definitely the worst paint product ever !!! I purchased the fired earth fast hide and its hiding absolutely nothing. Third coat on and when it drys it looks terrible. Previous color shows through, spreads terribly so there are patches were i can see I painted. Not a good product at all and I won't recommend it to anyone. Good thing I tested it on a room before purchasing for the exterior.
