I made a purchase on Saturday i was buying Adidas Samba using Payflex i placed an order and received a confirmation email, confirming my order. My order number is 393128. I'm now trying to track my order and its soooo impossible. I sent an email to streetgym as i wanted to change my shipping address i never got any response. I sent a WhatsApp message no reply. I googled the courier company which Streetgym uses which is FastWay couriers they are asking for my order number and i out it in but it seems like they cant track it. I am sooooo frustrated because i don't know what's happeing to my order if its legit or not. I have bought things online previously (but not at Streetgym) and i have never ever experienced such, can Streetgym contact me and tell me whats happening to my order.
I paid Rain twice on the 21st of last month and they told me i will get my refund on the 29th of August, today its the 2nd of September i have not received anything,why are you doing this to me
On Wednesday (20/08/2025) i paid my Rain account via the Capitec App. The payment went off twice, my monthly payment is R625.00, which means i paid R1250.00. I send a message via Rain chatbot which they did confirm that they can see the double payment and i asked for a reversal and they said that someone from their support will contact me. I did receive a call within a few minutes; however, the call disconnected before i could speak to anyone. I sent another message asking them to call me for a reversal. Every time i make follow up i get a generated message saying someone will call me, but no one has called me. I want my money reversed back into my account ASAP.
I had the worst experience with Dotsure insurance.My mom bought a car and registerd me as afull time driver,I got a call from a gentleman by the name of Stanley Hlongwane from African Independant who assisted with the qoutation,i told him that i'm interested in the one for Dotsure the premium was R855.77,he told me it includes tracker. He sent me the qoute and i was happy with it. On the 15th of August when the debit order went off it was a total amount of about R2500 which i don't know where it comes from.These debit orders were Debichecks which my mom never accepted,meaning they accepted a debicheck mandate on her behalf which is *****ulent and ********. I have been communicating with Stanley for over a month asking for a Do NOT TOW sticker which we still have not received,everytime he says someone will call us with no luck.I want to understand what those debit orders are for as it was not as per our agreement

I am sooo disappointed with PayJoy i paid my last installment and sent through proof of payment.For them to assist with deleting their App so that i can continue with using the phone.All of a sudden they can't pick up my information but i paid for almost a year.
