Bad customer service
I m so disappointed with what Capitec has done to me and my husband we had funeral plan they did not deduct the money we don't know why now they tell us it has lapsed with no communication whatsoever and it money than 1 year with had the funeral plan now they told us we must start from attach with thier mistake I'm so disappointed how they treat thier customers it's not ryt we film we have been ****med with a lot of money
