Hi, could you please release my money that has been on hold for months now. I keep calling but I'm not getting any help.
Hi, I'm really not happy with the service from capitec Bank. Can you please release my money from my account it's been too long now. No one is saying anything to me even when I call I get different answers from different people
Amazing experience from ordering on their website to delivery in a whole other province , everything was seamless and efficient my package came 2 days earlier. I'm very happy with them.
Nedbank people are so lazy to do their jobs and when they finally get round to looking at your file they decide it's not important enough for them to deal with so they will just keep you waiting till kingdom come. I used to think they were better than most but it turns out they are worse.
Very bad experience with Capitec and it's so sad because I really like this bank. Their customer services is really bottom of the barrel and they take forever to attend to complaints and grievances.
BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The phone staff is just clueless and when investing an issue you must know that you will be doing all their work for them while they sit back and wait for results. When you go the branch they call the very same people who refused to help you on the phone so I see no point in wasting time by going there again. I am so tired of all this.
I've had such a bad experience, now I know why people are leaving capitec and going to other banks. My account was blocked without my knowledge and I was embarrassed while trying to make a transaction, I called to find out what was going on only to be told my account was blocked but no one could tell me why. I have been making calls all this trying to find a way to fix this and it's still not fixed, now my money is locked in my account that has disappeared from my app without any prior notice or whatsoever. One of the consultants put me on hold for over an hour then I hung up and called again only to find out he had gone home and left me hanging just like that. Saying they have poor customer service is an understatement. I'm definitely moving to another bank.
Really bad customer service. No help whatsoever and as their client I don't feel the feelings I felt when they were running after me to bank with them. I am definitely moving to another bank.
NEGATIVE. My account was blocked for no reason.
