I went in and gave notice to cancel my gym membership on 30 October 2024, filled in the forms. I was advised that I will serve a 3 month notice period and then only after that will my membership be cancelled, so by that logic 31 January 2025 my contract would have ended. End of February 2025 they still debited my account and I have been trying to call them to confirm why my account is been debited and why it is not cancelled but the admins line always prompts me to leave a message, reception and finance has taken my number and said that they will ask the admin to call me but still no feedback. I have even sent email and no response from them. The lack of communication and the poor administration is really pathetic and I won't advise anybody to join this gym.
Been trying to make a booking for days, but their service is poor. Nobody responding to emails and their phones just ring, they don't even make an attempt to call back.
VOX customer service has to be the worst customer service I have ever came across. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. The customer service line keeps you on hold for way too long your airtime ends up running out. My internet is paid up but still no network as and this is really messed up considering that I work from home and need connection to work.
