Good day, I am extremely disappointed with the service from Vuma. For several days, I have been receiving SMS notifications stating that a technician will come out to assist me. However, no technician ever arrives. I have rearranged my schedule and waited at home multiple times, only to be completely let down. When I contacted customer support, the situation became even more frustrating. The last agent I spoke to: Did not provide their name Repeated the same generic response about a technician being scheduled Ignored my request to keep the chat open until I received proper feedback Ended the chat abruptly within seconds There is clearly a serious lack of communication and accountability. Sending daily SMS updates with no actual follow-through is unacceptable. At this point, I feel ignored as a customer. I expect proper scheduling, honest communication, and accountability from support staff.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the poor level of service I have received from this company. I have been without internet since Sunday night, and the experience of trying to get assistance has been unacceptable. My main concerns include: - Lack of Communication: There is no contact number available to speak with a person directly. - Inadequate Support: The automated chat system and live agents provide scripted responses that do not address the issue. - Recurring Errors: Every day I am asked to send photos, only for the query to be marked as "resolved" despite the fact that I still have no internet connection. It is clear that the current process is not working, and the lack of a resolution is incredibly frustrating. I need someone to take ownership of this issue and provide a definitive timeline for when my service will be restored.
Absolutely annoyed. I used the whatsapp option to find out my balance for July and was advised that next payment due on 4th October. I wasn't happy so I called the call centre on the 29th of July and was assured I have a credit in my account and no Balance is due. Today I try playing a recorded movie and it doesn't work. It says I need to upgrade my subscription. I called the call centre and speak to nompilo. She said I need to pay R4. I asked for her manager she said it is Calvin and he will call me back. No joy. I called back spoke to Siyabulela he said same thing pay R4 Calvin will call back. I paid R5 and called back and spoke to Mundo who said his screen is greyed out and keeps me on the line while doing nothing. I asked for Calvin he said Calvin is here hold on. Then comes back and says Calvin will call me cause he had other customers to call back so I'm not the only angry customer. I insisted to speak to him as he said Calvin can only call back on half an hour and while on the line speaking Mfundo puts me on hold and doesn't have any telephone etiquette and doesn't talk. This is such pathetic staff incompetent I would say. Some are saying they working from home and no mangers to transfer. Working from home has made some of the staff lazy I would say cause no joy with getting help. I need answers or else I will take this matter further. I'm not stopping here.
