Thank you for my refund hence the 3 stars. Your call center agents are very professional and have alit of empathy when communicating with them. Thanks to the 10 agents I spoke to (had to call numerous times) because your hard efforts combined ensured that I receive my money. Makro must just remove bad courier companies.
I am so irritated by Makro and their unreliable courier company VALUE EXPRESS. I believe that my order was ****** by the driver who was supposed to deliver it because my status shows "on route to customer" and 4 days later still no delivery. WHERE ARE MY GOODS @MAKRO??? At this point I don't care about this *********** Value express company because I didn't give them my money, I gave Makro my money for goods sold. Now I can't even trust that ordering school stationery will be a good move as my children will most likely go to school with no stationery seeing that such is happening with grocery orders. This was the WORST black Friday shopping experience. I am infuriated with the lack of accountability from Makro.
Yoh!!! Makro online is horrible shame. They are not yet clued up on their online business. They place stock online as though available from all Makro countrywide only for your order to come from a Makro near you which doesn't have stock of what you ordered. They are useless to the core and shows that their inventory is messed up. Why don't you ask @Takealot how online works. Maybe try sourcing our items from other Makro stores and not limit us, as this is online shopping and not in store. Get with the program of online shopping @Makro.....its 2024!!!
I am disgusted and appalled by the fact that KFC finds it okay to sell rotten chicken. You are a disgrace to the fast food market. The fact that you fail to consider the health of your customers is worrisome. I will never set foot in KFC ever again. Imagine having to spend your money for rotten food. Utterly disgusting. Never again.
Their online collection process is a mess, you wait for a long time before they can assist you and when they do, they take you from pillar to post. They disregard the fact that the reason why you bought online is to avoid long queues. Management if there's any is pathetic as they never seem to have control of what's going on, staff members have conversations with each other while assisting you, how unprofessional. Truworths as a brand sells beautiful things and of good quality, it's just the staff members at truworths Southgate.
Everytime I shop online, there seems ro be something wrong with their inventory. It's sickening honestly. And on top of that, you just get an email sating that your item(s) has been removed. It's a nightmare and they don't value their customers and don't take responsibility for their failed online system. They should learn from takealot and superbalist on how to take responsibility for errors that have nothing to do with customers but them. Give your customers a discount on their next purchase since you can't handle your online services with grace. It is substandard.
