Very poor service from GoDaddy. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue that is seriously affecting my business, as I cannot use my domain or get my email working properly. Despite paying for these services, I have received little to no meaningful support or assistance from GoDaddy. The lack of communication and technical support has already caused financial loss to my business. Extremely disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this company based on the level of service I’ve received.
Please stay away from FNB Insurance… they will try their best to not pay out a claim and while trying their best to avaoid paying out they wil delay the process fir as long as they possibly can. If you are going to deal with FNB Short term insurance please be advised and prepared and make sure that you keep the contact details for the ombudsman stored on your phone as you will definitely have to get help from them if you are dealing with FNB.
Been struggling to get my newly installed Fibre to work since the day it was installed. I am currently being billed for a service that has not been working since the day of installation with no clear indication of when this will be resolved. I am at the point where I am going to cancel the service, only thing keeping me from doing it is the fact that I've been a customer of axxess for almost 10years and still hoping they can resolve the issue in a timely manner. But really not happy with the service at this point. If its not resolved within the next 2 day you will see me move to a new isp.
What an awful experience dealing with Goitsimang Moleleki Home Loan Consultant Did not explain anything just steamed ahead with an application that clearly does not reflect the correct info and then nonresponse what so ever from her. Ridiculous service and 6. Betterbond, better without a bond from them.
