By far the best treatment centre for your pets. A special thanks to Dr Vicky for always taking the time and being thorough to ensure that the correct diagnosis are made and the best care is received. Also to Dr Hermien for taking the time to call and discuss the procedure and also personally calling afterwards to give me updates on how Amber was doing. When I brought Amber in because of a concern after she came home Dr Hermien took the time to come and sit with me and answer all the additional questions I had with so much patience and understanding. For Natalie at reception for being so welcoming and for sending me regular updates after I had to leave Amber there for a couple of days. Also for caring and checking in on how she is doing after she came home. The aftercare is also amazing and I can call anytime to receive a warm and friendly response to concerns and questions. I truly feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care and I am confident that they will always receive the best treatment. HIGHLY recommendable,
By far the worst customer service I have ever received. It is tremendously difficult to get through to the correct department and almost impossible to telephonically speak to anyone that can actually assist with your specific queries. I have also made requests via emails that blatantly gets ignored and I have to continuously follow up merely to be sent what I require in relation to my claim. The process of my claim has not been handled with any form of urgency despite the matter being marked as urgent and it being an emergency situation. This being in an extremely stressful situation where simple communication could have made the process of having to deal with the matter giving rise to the claim a lot easier. I will not recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.
MTN is absolutely terrible with service delivery. There is no one to contact that can actually help and you keep on being referred to someone else. Alternatively the call back that you were promised never happens. Furthermore, when directed to email addresses the emails bounce back and the address is no longer in service. Account was cancelled and early cancellation fee paid in February. Money keeps being deducted monthly though. No one cares to resolve this and now letters of demand is being sent out. You can however not get into contact with anyone to address the issue. No one is interested in assisting with a refund for the money erroneously deducted. Ridiculous!!
Received the worst service. I requested a quote for a very specific type of accommodation for our trip abroad. I had to follow up the next day only to be informed the person who assisted me was only returning to work in three days. I then resubmitted my very specific request and was told to keep an eye out for the quotation. After 4 hours I called to follow up only to be informed they were very busy. I asked the lady to just inform me if she will not be able to help me today, where after I received an evidently very hastily done job, a quotation completely in contrast with the specific request I submitted. a complete waste of my time!
