BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL
By far the best treatment centre for your pets. A special thanks to Dr Vicky for always taking the time and being thorough to ensure that the correct diagnosis are made and the best care is received. Also to Dr Hermien for taking the time to call and discuss the procedure and also personally calling afterwards to give me updates on how Amber was doing. When I brought Amber in because of a concern after she came home Dr Hermien took the time to come and sit with me and answer all the additional questions I had with so much patience and understanding. For Natalie at reception for being so welcoming and for sending me regular updates after I had to leave Amber there for a couple of days. Also for caring and checking in on how she is doing after she came home. The aftercare is also amazing and I can call anytime to receive a warm and friendly response to concerns and questions. I truly feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care and I am confident that they will always receive the best treatment. HIGHLY recommendable,

Horrible service
Horrible service had my dog there bill was 12000 paid in full, tried to get a new prescription send to me because i stayed to far to drove up and down which they never did, they however had time to count the pills and send me and invoice but couldn't send me the prescription. I then received an email with a Tax invoice stating outstanding amount for the prescription. I never received the prescription nor the medication that I am charged for. I have previously send an email to their accounts but they keep on sending me an statement. They clearly just there for the money, Valley farm is just up the road wont make the mistake again taking my dog somewhere where your getting billed for fun or for stuff you never received,

OUTSTANDING ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Olympus Animal Hospital attended to my cat, Jaxx's, wounds on the night that she was attacked by a dog and are still providing their expert care. They have gone above and beyond to help my cat. The staff are professional, compassionate and experts in their field. I can recommend the animal hospital to anyone in need of an excellent facility.

OUTSTANDING ANIMAL HOSPITAL
