They have no respect for peoples personal information, spam calling you after numerous request to stop phoning. I have send the Information Regulator an email to report them for violating my popia rights. If any of you are experiencing the same harassment from Clientele please report them

So this was your 4th response "we hereby confirm that your applicable personal / contact information has now been duly recorded in our “Do-Not-Contact” database and such information will not be used for any future marketing purposes and/or campaigns whatsoever" BUT YET ANOTHER SPAM CALL TODAY, LIKE I PROMISED FOR EVERY SPAM CALL I RECEIVE I WILL WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON HELLOPETER.

So they just go ahead and freeze my account no reason given I had to find out embarrassed at the fuel pump because my card was declined. When you contact them they said it's because of outstanding paperwork at the bank? WHAT how can you freeze my account in the middle of the month because of outstanding paper work. I had no communication or any message or phone call requesting paperwork that was outstanding but you feel you can just freeze my account. I opened an account at Standard bank beginning of the year and I must say worst experience ever. I will surely close my bank account with them, they take your banking fees every month but won't allow you access to your own money because of paperwork your not even aware off!!!!
Horrible customer service been there twice, first time the cashier lady was sitting outside reading her newspaper I then had to walk outside and ask for assistance. I requested nutribyte puppy food which she claimed they don't sell. I told her I went on their store's website and it showed in stock. I then looked for another brand to buy and while searching on my own i found the bags of nutribyte in their store the brand she said they don't sell. Second time around i walked in again no one greats you both the cashier lady and guy that assist you on the floor to busy on their phones. I had to walk back and I told them that I am really sorry to bother them while their are busy on their private phones but if they won't mind assisting me loading a 25Kg bag into their trolley. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING BUT THEY CAN SIT ON THEIR PHONES AND READ THE NEWS PAPPER WHILE THERE ARE 1000'S OF PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A JOB!!!!! Will never support them again, and for those that didn't know Queens Pet shop is just across the street from them, if you want service and quality go there instead.
****mers stay away, the only reason they have any good reviews is because you need to rate there services on hellopeter on their WhatsApp messenger every time someone just say hi. Only been with them since November 2024 had to wait a month and after my second claim I canceled. BE WARN, they will make changes to your statement and on your app. Had all my claims been pre approved, funds loaded on my card only to receive a message after my second claim that my account is in arrears. I was surprised because on my app I still had funds avlb. Trying to get any assistance from them has been a nightmare, so they realized they made a mistake on my allocations and instead of saying "sorry this is what happened" they tried to cover it up and blame you. They went on the app changed the previous approvals of 2 Months ago from approved to rejected, I told them I have screenshots and statements from my app that the invoices were previously approved but they denied that. I then decided to cancel my policy and then they told me my account will be handed over for collection, and they even debit my bank account twice same day with same amount after my policy was canceled. I am going to report them to the Insurance Crime Bureau (SAICB)
