More than a year has gone by since I submitted my complaint, further information and both parties submitted their side of the story. No one has ever come back to me. Every time I followed up I have been told that the investigator will get back to me.

Due to the faulty thermostat supp**** for my Chevrolet Cruze, the engine gasket has blown. This will be the third time that I am replacing the thermostat due to it being faulty. Although I have received a refund on both occasions for the faulty part, it has cost me R15,393 to repair my car. The only time I know there is a problem with the thermostat is when my car gives an error code and the temperature sender that is in the thermostat housing does not show you when the car overheats leading to the head gasket getting blown.
I was harassed by consultants daily, some just let the phone ring twice and when they answer, the call is ended. Yesterday I received a phone call from the Retail Loans department, same story. On Tuesday, Michael from the loans department phoned me, was rude and ended the phone call while I was still talking. The Secure Chat Service was no better, from 18 November I spoke to Phumzile, Mhlengi, Jennifer, Collections, Lindy, Julia, Mannuku, Gabisile, Etienne, Makwetle, Bonolo, Michelle, Siphokazi, CCR Virtual Collections Team. FNB has over debited my account and I can assure you, when I have finished paying you the money I owe you, it will be the last day that I bank with FNB. Your staff have harassed me daily despite me having spoken to an agent already, phoned me and ended the call before I can answer, ended the call while I am explaining my situation and have been rude to me. I do not want your apologies, explanations or justifying the bad treatment, this is the end of the road for FNB and I
The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and have high service levels. The food is outstanding and the experience we had during my son's wedding was outstanding. I can recommend this fine establishment. Thank you for making the wedding special with your high levels of excellence

Olympus Animal Hospital attended to my cat, Jaxx's, wounds on the night that she was attacked by a dog and are still providing their expert care. They have gone above and beyond to help my cat. The staff are professional, compassionate and experts in their field. I can recommend the animal hospital to anyone in need of an excellent facility.

I contacted Frans at Heinrich & Seuns Motors and informed him I am in the market for a car. Frans said he will get back to me and sold me a car online that I drove for the first time when I fetched it. I have not had a single problem.
