Bad bad experience. Called an ambulance more than four times last week Wednesday from midnight to about 6am in the morning as my elderly mother was not well, they never pitched up. All they do is give you a reference number every time you call. Very disappointed
Writing this on behalf of my twins daughters who bought a used car in 2023 for business purposes. They were promised that they will receive free Maintenance and warranty plans for three years. It was a struggle to get the first service last year but eventually the car was serviced. Today the same thing is happening, they will service the car but not for free this time as promised. Can they please check their records and clarify the Service plan for used cars?
After sharing my experience with Hellopeter they promised that they will terminate the policy but instead they decreased the amount from R249 to R55 I think i must take this further now because every month there is a new deduction on my salary which i did not consent to
I cancelled all my Policies with Old Mutual last year October after finding out that there were new deductions that i did not give consent to. Since then it has been a nightmare because every month there is a new deduction on my salary and luckily i work at Finance where i can even view next month's salary. I also come across a lot of Old Mutual clients complaining that they have deductions they do not know of. Old Mutual is a ****. All i am asking is that they must remove my profile on their system because i am now exhausted. As we speak there is a new Policy that is supposed to resume in March, which i never signed for. Old Mutual deducted an amount of R322 from my June and then another R322 from my July 2024 salary. I only noticed this after i got paid in July and immediately instructed my Employer to terminate the stop order as i never signed up for it. Sent an email to Old Mutual and they promised to investigate the ***** and they responded within a few days but i am still waiting. I need to be refunded for the two months they deducted from my salary. Old Mutual is a ****
Hairmaster is an online salon where you order and then they deliver. I bought a wig on the 25th of March and it was delivered a few days later but to my surprise it was different from the one i chose. Spoke to them and they agreed to exchange. The next day day their driver came to pick up the wig and i opted for another one. Since they collected there has been no communication from their side, i always have to check what is happening and i always get the same response''we are checking for you''. Usually they deliver within seven days but now they are ghosting me. If you can check the reviews on their page, there is none as the ''reviews are limited''. Thanks to HELLO PETER my issue was resolved. I struggled from March to get Vodacom to cancel my contract but HELLO PETER intervened and the matter was resolved just like that. Thank you so much
Had a contract with Vodacom for three years and was paying R378 for a Laptop and data. The contract ended 31st of March this year but they still continued to deduct from my account. Have been calling Vodacom since end of March and they always promise to cancel the contract. Today i got an invoice amounting to R584 just for the 20 gigs. This is daylight *******. Please assist me.
