I have been asking these people to stop spamming me for years now, yet they continue. The unsubscribe link doesn't work. I have tried many times. Nobody is going to attend your courses when you only get business in by spamming!
I hired SA SWIMMING POOL PUMPS (PTY) LTD to do the fibre lining of a new fibreglass pool in Botriver. The job included installation of a filter, pump, chlorinator, lights etc. The quote and subsequent invoices included a kreepy krauly and all required cleaning equipment. Kevin, the owner told me that when they are done, they would leave me with everything I need for the pool. This sounded attractive as some of the other quotes didn't include a cleaning net, brush, poles, chemical testing kit and so on. I had compared quotes from 5 different swimming pool companies servicing the Overberg area. I narrowed it down to 2 quotes - one company from Herm****, but eventually went with SA Swimming Pools Pumps as they operate from Salandra, between Kleinmond and Botriver. I thought that with them being nearby, if anything went wrong I'd be able to get the issue resolved quickly. The pool was filled in November 2023. By December 2023 I noticed paint (top coat) peeling off the inside of the pool. Although Kevin said he would come and look at it, he never did, and made no attempt to fix the problem. The problem area gradually became larger. Kevin said he would come to my house on 27 February 2024. That afternoon he dropped his workers off to install a salt water chlorinator. Once again, he did not come and address the problems with the fibre lining. His workers arrived with a brand new box, stating the date of manufacture of the chlorinator as FEB 2024. The unit that was installed was clearly old and used (this being confirmed by the manufacturer). It was also far too small for this pool. I tried to call Kevin when I saw this unit, but he wouldn't take my calls, nor did he reply to WhatsApp messages or emails. No kreepy krauly or cleaning equipment was provided. I had to buy a manual vacuum and clean the pool this way for months. By early March 2024 I noticed blisters appearing throughout the pool. I tried to call Kevin, but he would not take my calls. I sent numerous whatsapp messages and emails regarding the blisters appearing inside the pool. It became clear that Kevin would not acknowledge the problem. I therefore contacted his son, who works with him. Kevins son said that they would come and look at the problem, but they never came. The problem was not acknowledged and no attempt was made to fix the problem. I contacted various industry professionals and was advised that we would have to redo the fibre lining. After reporting issues with the pool's fibre lining in December, I gave Kevin plenty of time to rectify the problem, which he failed to do. I have now had to hire another swimming pool company from Herm**** to sort out the fibreglass lining. (August 2024)
Been struggling with my VOIP line for a long time. I contacted a few different service providers. Switchel's staff were friendly and efficient. I also took note of the call quality when the different voip service providers called me. I decided to give Switchtel a go and am very happy their service, system and call quality.
Very good service from Ashley. Took the time to explain options to me and recommended a device that would suite my needs better than the item I originally ordered. Have yet to install the items, but service and delivery have been excellent
Spammers. I have never heard of these people and they are sending me completely irrelevant spam, without a proper unsubscribe link.
Terrible experience dealing with the Whale Coast Mall Branch. Took a laptop in under the extended warranty on 22 August 2023. It's now 13 Oct, and I still don't have the laptop back. So many excuses from staff and the store manager. Last week they promised me that it would be fixed by the middle of this week, but this morning they tell me that they are still waiting for the parts. Really not impressed.
Terrible experience trying to get a refund from them, on an order that was never shipped. After months of them trying to sell me beds and so on, instead of just refunding the duvet cover I ordered (as I thought mine was ruined)... I filled in their returns form. Returns for sent to them mid July. Eventually on 25 September I received an email saying the refund has been processed. However, it is now 6 Oct and this refund still doesn't reflect in my account. They are now just ignoring my emails.
In November 2022 a high quality white duvet cover accidentally went through the wash with a belt. It came out stained, and I thought it was ruined. I therefore immediately ordered the same one from Mattress Warehouse. I then put it through the wash again and to my surprise all the reddish brown marks from the belt came out. I therefore informed Mattress Warehouse that I no longer needed the new duvet cover. This was the same day that the order was placed. Long before they had dispatched. I run an ecommerce company, and had paid them via PayFast, from my PayFast account. Issuing a refund back to my PayFast account would have taken around 30 seconds. Instead, they continually tried to get me to take different products instead of the duvet cover which was no longer needed. On numerous occasions they tried to sell me another bed. I have no need for another bed! They wanted me to fill in a refund form and send them proof of bank details. Instead of just refunding back to my payfast account. I was very busy at the time, and eventually forgot about this. When I remembered about the credit I had with them, I contacted them and once again they started trying to sell me anything and everything as opposed to just issuing a refund. I did fill in their refund form, early July 2023. It is now 8 September 2023 and still no refund after numerous follow ups. Abdullah promised to issue the refund on numerous occasions, coming with the excuse that he forgot. Yesterday I received a call from Danielle, once again trying to get me to buy something else with the credit. Just refund me already!
