Poor quality
I bought a defy water dispenser last year December at a game in Pinetown, it arrived with a dent, so I didn't report it up because it was too small, now the fridge is also not cooling, Yoooo it's on and off.

Unhelpful staff and poor communication
Regent Business School - huge red flag! Requested a letter of good conduct and was told I'd get it after 5 days. Poor communication and unhelpful staff. Wouldn't recommend - stay away if you want things done efficiently.

Terrible service
Discovery's service is terrible, they cancelled my gym benefits without my permission, they don't know the work they are doing, if you want peace, stay away from Discovery, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, they are ****mers and their consultants are not trained.

Wimpy Kloof - Terrible service
Khanyisile our waitress was nice she brought us meals with fries and we told her that we wanted salads and she took back the meals and prepared the salads for us and Thabo the so called manager came to our table and said that they must take back the salads and we must eat the fries or we have to pay extra money. I have never been so irritated in my entire life . Thabo needs training on how to treat customers.

REFUSING TO PAY MY DEPOSIT
if there was a zero i would rate you -0, Woodford is a ****. i rented a car with them they promised to return my deposit in 72hr I 've been waiting for more than 2 weeks now. I have called several times they lie and say different things they don't want to pay me.
