I bought an IPhone 8 from appleguy,their service is beyond terrible,im sitting with the phone for 2 weeks and its not working since its asking for a passcode or appleID that they didn't give me. I tried calling them and sent messages but they don't help me..they asked me to send pics on whatsaap which i did. Its been 2 weeks and today im trying to call them again since are ignoring me and they are hanging up my calls. Im frustrated im tired of following them.
Last week i had to attend the funeral at home KZN. I came back on the last day of my parcel and i was late. I even called paxi online but they failed me. The parcel went back and it was sent back again today. The Manager and the lady called SINAH refused to assist me with dispatching a parcel.. I tried calling them earlier several times but they refused to assist me.they are here and i came 17h29 exactly. Hope this team can be advised about going an extra mile.
I claimed 50 000 from CAPITEC Funeral cover and it has been 7 days and they have not paid as yet. I cant continue with the funeral because of money problems. On the 6th they asked for a Bi form for the second time..i scanned it and sent it via Funeral claims email..they asked me to go back for another stamp which i did. I am really tired of this Nonsense. Last month I complained about the money 14 000 that dissappeared from my account and they solved the problem. I settled the loan and now again im still getting massages from other Lawyers saying im still owing. This is going to kill me...im depressed.
Standard bank is a mess, i cannot even concentrate at work and I have depression. I requested help from Standard bank last year since i wasnt getting overtime but they refused to help, IM DISSAPOINTED. Now they have handed me over and i co operated and tried to start with payments April 2023 which i was advised to pay straight to account 1016497789 now they blocked the account and i don't know where should i pay and the other lawyers are calling now they want me to start afresh and pay whilst i have already paid 13000. Standard bank says they cant locate my payments, its been 1 month since i sent an email to their claims department but no answer. STANDARD BANK IS FULL OF *****. Regards Silindile Mtshali
