Be very careful when you have to pay for additional KM's. When I advised the controller, Fazil Lockhat from I-Way Durban that I didn't have cash on me but more than willing to pay via EFT, he agreed and said that was fine. When it came time to pay I was told to send an "instant money". I was not comfortable doing this, sending money to a random cellphone number. I asked for banking details so I would have a paper trail as proof that I had paid. Fazil then told me they don't work like that, and if I don't pay via Instant money he would send his driver to load up my car and take it their yard for storage. Not once did I say i wasn't willing to pay, but he felt the need to threaten me! Having to deal with that, over and above the stress of breaking down on a busy highway, is just so unprofessional and uncalled for.
Octavia at Milky Lane Pavillion was absolutely amazing in helping me get my order done and completed in time. I had initially placed and paid for my order online. With system glitches,my order was not received, but my bank account was still debited. Octavia was a life saver, so friendly and helpful, assuring me that they would get the cake done in time, and went the extra mile, asking for a picture to print and put on the cake, which was for my son's 21st birthday.
