Im Ayanda Portia Bhengu id number 8902270439085 cell number 0740310749 a capitec customer im so angry and disappointed Today i send myself an cash send because i didn't have my card i tried to withdraw at Capitec bank workshop shopping center the machine gave me en error whn i checked my app it showed that the money has been reedem after that i called the call center a lady assisted me and she told me a case will be logged i need to wait 3 to 4 working daysðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ my question is how do i now get home with no cash?
Im a very angry customer 😠on the 26 December i load using my main account the Data was not loaded i called capitec care line I was advised that it will take 24 hours for my case to be resolved i was sent a case number on that same day i bought Data again using my savings account data was loaded successfully.. Later i received a message from capitec saying: Good day Ayanda Supplier has provided feedback that your data was topped up successfully. We will be closing your incident. I do have prof of both the transaction but not able to upload it.. How is it possible i purchase daily data 2 times a day within a short period time I have also called cell c care line spoken to Bongiwe a manager and told me on they said only the successful transaction will show on their side.. So i should recall my bank.. so i went my money back i have worked for it i cnt be giving them money for free and also my airtime i used calling them
*****ulent case On January I called at a avbob call center to check on whn is my cash back due so to find I have I a police which I'm not aware of since I was not in access of my emails as I receive my payslip through email, I went to a avbob office to log a case I did everything I was told to thank to the guy who assist me Have been calling the call center checking on the case feedback was told the case will take 6 weeks it had be 2 months I'm waiting with no feedback a lady called Liza I have been sending her emails she is not responding I🤦🙄😠I need avbob to stop this policy ASAP and pay my money back ASAP
