We have purchased a BMW from BMW Vereeniging about 1 year ago and the appalling service seems to continue with a delinquent sales staff, Daniel... so the new issue, we need to book our vehicle for a service at BMW Umhlanga and they cannot accept the vehicle because he did not change details on their in-house system. The vehicle still shows its under BMW Vereeriging and all he needs to do is the update of information. I've called him 3 times on Friday. 1st called to inform him and he said he will get it done now, 2nd follow up call later the same day he said he will return my call have have it sorted by 11h30. When I called to follow up again. I was informed it was done and he did not call me back because he was busy with month end. So I called BMW Umhlanga to advise all in order and they confirmed its still not done. So I called Daniel back and he refused to take my call OR reply to my email. Worst experience ever experienced from a reputable dealership. Now I sit with a 2024 modal car which I cannot drive because of this *********** BMW staff.
Extremely disappointing A few months ago, Gosolr installed my solar panels. They had to make holes in the roof to fix the frame for the panels. They initially didn't seal the holes properly and when it rained I had some damages to my place. So they came over and did a 'patch job' and when it rained again this week I had water coming into my house running into their battery and main board they installed and flooded my passage. The last 2 days I've been emailing and calling them and informed them of the issue and now they tell me it's outside their time frame... really, it's not even 1 year from installation. The root cause is Gosolr not sealing the holds they made and now I sit with a safety issue more than anything else. Should they not fix this week they must take they equipment away and I will warn people to be aware of their attitude after the contract is signed. I did not imagine them to operate in this shady manner and I'm still waiting for their manager to contact me.
An awesome experience each time with exceptional service and outstanding food. This is my number one restaurant in Umhlanga.
Generally a good experience however Friday 19 August 2023 was not as pleasant. I was charged for a beer which I did not order and luckily enough I always check my bill before paying. Secondly 2 PAX order the same sides and I was charged different amounts for the exact sides... Still paid my 10% tip as good gesture. I've asked the manager to call me the following day BUT he insisted something about their menu, and I really did not want to speak after a few glasses of wines... Dull experience for the first time, let's hope they get it right next time round!
