Very trust worthy and good service, repeating customer
I have ordered from them like 4 times now, i always order the Dermaceutic Activ retinol serum and Mesoestetic HA denismatrx and everytime the order comes really quickly, i live in rural small town so takes about 3 days, and it is always right product that is delivered and well packaged, and you receive your confirmation emails ect. along the ways. So can vouch after repeated use that this sight is safe and legit and good service.

canceling orders
I use to love takealot, but lateley I have been frustrated by them canceling my orders for non payment. I ordered items and payed with saved card, and order confirmed, make another order using same card for payment and is say order confirmed then the next day i get an email saying order has been canceled due to non payment.This happend now three times. No explanation. Some orders go through and others just cancelled for non payment using same card. Now i added new cart, hopefully it wont have the same issues. Sometimes i have missed the canceled email, and then i am waiting for a package that is urgent and it has been cancelled!!it sucks big time!

Great customer service!! Ordered Pergola, was contacted and had my order confirmed very swiftly and then continued good communication regarding delivery and additional information. And the product arrived faster then anticipated. The quality of pergola is fantastic! It was truely a great buy. This was great experience can highly recommend this website.

I Paid SHEIN, ZAR 3868.00 ( US 214 $) on the 10th of JUNE 2025 for my order GSH1U428B00MR9V I paid customs duty of ZAR 3591.90 ( US 200 $) on 18 JUNE (TO MEILI LOGISTICS) And on 23 JULY I paid import duty to SPEEDAF/ MEILI LOGISTICS on ZAR 1041.80 (US 58$) Then i saw on Shein website that customs have consfiscated order, under neath Shein infromed me it was due to package was abnormal. Now the infromed me that i need to pay customs. I habe paid customs and improt duty. Now what to do. SHEIN has not refunded me and CUSTOMS WONT, and I comp**** with everything! I am out R8501.70 I just wanted new some new clothes for my holiday. Now I have nothing!! STAY AWAY!!!!! NEVER AGAIIN!!!!!

Trustworthy and hands on
I recieved great service - Thanks Tracee for the great assistance regarding my order and the delivery of the tiles ect. Trustworthy place to order from. Everything arrived on time, exactly as ordered. Tiles looked great just like on the website. Would recommend and use them again in the future!!
