Utterly disgusted by the lies from Telkom! I made payment and sent POP for my fiber line & was told that my fiber connection would be restored before the end of business, my fiber is still down. Worse of all, at 17h55 the lines cut while I was still on hold trying to get through to an agent for assistance with regards to my fiber line. This is absolutely pathetic service!!
This store ALWAYS brings my order late, the drivers NEVER follow the delivery instruction notes. I ALWAYS have to call the store to ask where my order is!!!!
Waiting an entire hour for your order?! This is pathetic customer service and I'm not even kilometers away
I've BEEN having intermittent connection for the longest of time now and Telkom has done NOTHING about it. I've spoken to Tisetso, Lebo and just got off a call now with Raymond and they all can see on their system that my connection is intermittent. I've had enough of this ****py service provider and should my connection not be solved by tomorrow 03 June 2024, I'm taking it up with the Ombuds bcoz wen Telkom debits, they debit the full amount and I've never missed a payment
I'm starting to get VERY ANNOYED with this telkom fiber. I'm working from home and the network keeps dropping out of nowhere. My cellphone network was off for 2 days last week, I never got any sms, email or bird signal from them as to what happened. The price has gone up but the service has gone down to ****s
Proper pathetic service!! Placed an order at around 7:30pm, half an hour later my parcel can't be tracked?? Called in and no one at the store answers, called again and asked for the managers numbers or to be put through to the manager, no answer phone rings until voicemail. This is not the first time I've had problems with Debonairs Ennerdale... Their service is really pathetic
I canceled and deactivated my Rain sim a month in advance, never used it and installed fiber. Now I get an SMS stating I'm in arrears... ******** man! I'm not paying for something I never used, canceled in advance and even got that "we're sorry to see you go" message. I paid my last debit which was last month and somehow Rain has re-activated my sim which I no longer have or use!!! If I get debited now, I swear I'm going very public with this pathetic service!!
