I completed my Diploma qualification last year and enrolled for BED degree, paid everything but when l open the student Portal nothing shows, l called countless times with no luck emailed but they close the tickets lying saying the issue is solved, even when it comes to study materials l have to call countless times, sometimes they don't send it you have to borrow from others or use digital. Now they say l am not admitted because someone is using my email address???? I provided a new email address but nothing they are just quiet. STAY AWAY FROM SANTS.

Very Very Poor servi...
Very Very Poor service, l bought a machine weeks back till to date no update no delivery, they forced me to pay for delivery service yet l wanted to collect it myself, now when l try to contact the store they are saying they don't have stock!! They don't seem to care about customers they sell unavailable items then expect people to wait for months before they receive their items.

Poor service and unprofessionalism
Makro is the worst honestly l ordered party groceries a week back, guess what they did not deliver l received messages saying the delivery failed without any communications, l called them countless times and will be told they will rebook for delivery but nothing now lm on a second week and still nothing. Honestly speaking l'm so disappointed it is now the second time Makro doing this.

They don't deliver. You will spend a lot of money calling and emailing.
I placed an order from Makro stores online till to date l haven't received my order, l called them numerous times and they all kept on saying the matter has been escalated but nothing. I don't know if l will ever receive what l have ordered or l'm already ****med!! By such a big store. The only emails you will get is for you to rate the calls. 🙎🙎🙎
