The only reason I was admitted was due to my amazing backbone and incredible psychiatrist. My first time ever in a clinic, as I was always treated as an outpatient. 1. The food is absolutely horrible I got food poisoning in my first week. 2. The PR and marketing is absolutely false. 3. Because I work at the SABS I had a personal meeting with the manager who never followed up with me regarding my concerns and complaints. And treats her staff so horribly with no people skills or compassion. How she got the job God only knows. 4. Some of the patients especially the older white folk are so ****** and bul**** me and harrased me. And they get preferences and favored! 5. Their are just complaint forms and nothing gets feedback or changes. 6. NOT ALL but most nurses from day shift to night shift dont know the patients meds. 7. The housekeeping is not cleaning and doing their jobs as they should. 8. The staff dont wear safety shoes and have caution. 9. If you don't have medical aid forget about coming here as it is ridiculously overpriced and expensive. 10. If you are easily triggered by loud noises dont come here as the trains are extremely loud. 11. The wifi is absolutely disgusting and slow I could not even work. The postivies: The group sessions are very informative and helpful. I wrote a COMPLIMENT form and shout out to Zemkita the amazing psychologist and the brilliant OT Jordan who together with my psychiatrist helped me through my circumstances.
This business needs to be permanently shut down!!!! And I hope this saves some else from encountering the same horrific traumatic experience I went through today. And judging by their reviews all round I cannot understand how this business is still functioning With the applaying disgusting service delivery!!!!!! The most horrible experience ever!!!!!!! Myself and my Partner scheduled our appointment for this morning 18 November 2023. We arrived to staff ironing their uniforms looking so untidy in the kitchen. No sense of calming and tranquility So clearly they are not punctual!!!!. They offer us beverages and say they have run out of milk there isnt Milk. Then to make matters worse. I see a staff member moping the floor and we still awaiting to go into the room. As myself and my Partner walk the *********** staff member doesn't tell us she moped the one side of the floor and I slip and fall the tea cup and saucer break and I hurt my whole leg which is swollen. Thank GOD the glass did not cut me and I didn't get seriously injured. No manager on site and when asking the staff where are your wet floor signs she says we supposed to put on the aircon for it to dry!!!!! Train your staff better Treat your clientele better Never will i ever recommend this health and hazard spa to anyone. And I will make it known to everyone on social media and networking. Disgusting service delivery!!!!! And wiki deals should REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR SUPPLY DATA BASE as they are PATHETIC I am currently sitting with an injury and a swollen leg.
Myself and my family have been planning and waiting for months for this holiday and experience last night the 25th August 2023. We chose your restaurant because of the dog friendly menu and pets allowance. Only to come to a packed loadshedding restaurant. Here is a list of our terrible disgusting experience. 1. Our table we booked months in advance. We get there and state our name. They put someone else at our table so we had to wait to be seated. 2. The live music sound was so bad we couldn't hear let alone function. 3. We want to place an order for our dog only to discover none of the advertising and marketing food was available for our dog. She never ate!!!! And that made us so angry. 4. We order our food, every single one of myself and my family members received cold food. 5. The waiter who had no etiquette, never checked up on us once. Just said he will call the manager. 6. The manager with his poor disgusting customer service gives us some excuse and says he will re do all our food. So, i work for SABS and i pride myself on Service Delivery and execution. Here are my suggestions to drastically improve the pathetic service myself and my family recieved 1. Do not advertise on your menu WE ARE FULLY OPERATIONAL DURING LOADSHEDDING. When you have one tiny generator that clearly did not give you sufficient power. Spend the operational costs for the functionality of your establishment to buy a bigger one. 2. False marketing and advertising specifying that their is a dog menu only to discover there isn't creating a sense of expectation for your clientèle and then once arriving none of the above completely disgusting!!! 3. Over a weekend and festive seasons are your peak times of operations employ more staff during these times and stop trying to save on overheads by putting pressure on your current stuff. Then the staff you have is arrogant, rude and not able to serve and treat the patrons accordingly. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANY STAKEHOLDERS, CLIENTS, OR TRAVELLERS on their vacation. A serious root cause analysis needs to be done because I'm disgusted at how myself and my family was treated.
