Online order placed 1 weeks ago. After 1 week and 5 phone calls I still have not received my goods. Call centres is useless. Builders are not able it seems to provide professional online service and dont remain in touch with customers as to when orders will be delivered. Call Centre totally unable to assist.
Makro don't seem to refund monies when goods have been returned to them and approved for refund. Months go by. I have made numerous calls to their call centre and HQ without proper assistance. Countless emails sent go unanswered. It seems Makro has ZERO after-sales service and doesn't care about their customers. I may never receive a refund. I wonder how many other customers this happens to and what Makro does with all the refund cash they don't actually refund. Perhaps Makro needs my R***.xx odd more than I do. After supporting them as a customer for decades, I'm turning my back on Makro.
Each person's meal arrived ~20 minutes apart. My meal never arrived even after several reminders. The line manager was not interested in providing me with the owner's contact details and would not take mine.
Don't buy any Samsung Products if you expect any form of after-sales service. It's totally non-existent. Repeated calls to the Samsung call centre 08607267864 are a waste of time. All you get is empty promises that someone will contact you or email you. When asking for a line manager, the call gets cut off. when a day is scheduled, they don't turn up, nor do they make any contact. Disgusting service. Samsung should pack up and leave ZA.
Dont shop at this place. Items ordered may never arrive. Impossible to get a delivery date. They don't answer phone calls or emails.
