I have always used 10bet but today when I tried to withdraw my money I was told that It is not my actual money, It is their money basically. I deposited 1k into my account, now they are telling me about bonuses, saying that Rol*****s, I must basically bet 2k plus to get my money back? How when I deposited 1k and bet with it, why am I being punished for bonuses I didn’t ask for? And how does it make sense to hoard my profits because you gave me some R200 bonus out of 1k that I deposited. Pure *******.
Last year December when I came back home your network wasn’t working in Bushbuckridge but Immediately on the 1st of January It started working. Now I came back home early in November network has been fine. But It’s now the first of December and the network doesn’t work yet again in another year. It seems your network goes on Vacation in December. If so then why is money being deducted from my account still and also what is up with that?

We need an option for no star at all because I recently requested a sim swap from rain and that sim card was delivered on the 4th of September, I experienced problems with that sim card so i contacted them on the 6th of September about the problem and they said they would get back to me, which I said okay to. It’s now the 14th of September and no one has gotten back to me but this is frustrating because I called on the Tuesday the 12th of September to get feedback on whether there is a solution or not, but no answers to my calls, I called 6 times that day and no response, the next day I left an email and It referred me to the app when I got on the app I wrote down what the issue was and no response from that, today I’ve been calling, no respone as well. So It is getting frustrating especially because my airtime is suffering because I’m constantly put on hold only for no one to respond on the other side. What bothers me now is that I’m thinking of cancelling since I’m not using the sim card, and I have no feedback from them at all but I have to pay month end even though I can’t even use the sim and no one is getting back to me on whether the problem will be fixed or not.
