Probably one of the worst car buying experiences we have ever had. This is when a company gets to big and no one has accountability or is managed, a month later and the vehicle is still not registered, and no one we dealt with answers and update numerous messages sent
The worst after sale service, don’t use them. Keenan at aftersale simply decide by looking at a nonstick pan that it was overheated because of discolouration. Sagenwolf Warranty of 10 years and 3 years means nothing as they decide by looking at it that in less than a year the nonstick pan was useless after it was babied and we do not have anything that can heat the pan over instruction provided. Don’t by Sagenwolf pans or use Yuppiechef

Terrible online experience, poor communication and return or exchange policies make it sub par to other online experiences, more of a hassle than worth it
Lovely products but when they have a sub par product send out it takes more than 20 days just to return it and still a further 10 days to refund the item which I still haven’t received. Terrible after sales service from them
Great product most of the time but when you have a sub par product and they need to refund you the process takes a month or longer to have the product replaced this is terrible service
Probably the worst online experience i have ever received, 3 weeks of excuses and empty promises, no follow ups and a sincerest apologies message with no this is what we will do to rectify our incompetence and make up for it. Still no product received
