Good Afternoon, SABC TV LICENCES - YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS. VVM Debt Collections - I HOPE YOU HAVE TAKEN ALL THE DOCUMENTATION INTO ACCOUNT. I have not owned a tv since 2001 when I was forced to sell my house. SABC were informed of this in writing, (yes old fashioned hand written letter taken to your Auckland park offices), Telephonically, even email in 2001. Should there be any outstanding amount this would have been prescribed after 3 years (2004) according to the Prescription Of Debt Act of 1969, South Africa. Since I was not contacted for over 23 years - the first I heard of this was in January of 2025 after an SMS from VVM debt Collectors. Again Yesterday morning by SMS from VVM Debt Collectors. I INSTRUCT SABC AND VVM DEBT COLLECTORS TO PLACE A DO NOT CONTACT INSTRUCTION ON THEIR FILES - AS PER THE POPI ACT THIS IS A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS AND INFORMATION SINCE THE ACCOUNTS YOU ARE ASKING FOR ARE PRECEEDING 2001 AND ANYTHING AFTER THAT WAS YOUR OWN INEFFICIENCY FOR NOT UPDATING YOUR FILES AN RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE AND GOVERNANCE. The Prescription of Debt Act is written into South African Law - N0W OBEY THE LAW AND STOP HARRASSING INNOCENT CONSUMERS. When I called VVM, whilst the lady I spoke with was very patient, the recommended course of action to write an Email including the death certificate of my husband etc was totally traumatic for me having to relive that ********** part of my life in searching for death certificates, ANC without Accrual contracts, etc. For Heaven's sake please update your records for once and for all. This is harrassment.

WIFI - I am permanently connected to my Wifi at Home (fibre connection) and dont use my phone at nights. ' During the days I use the Mizuphone App to make phone calls for canvassing (using WIFI connection). WHERE IS THE DATA GOING???? Why am I unable to speak to a human. That stupid TOBI bot thing is absolutely darned useless. Kindly respond forthwith as I had to use my grocery money to get more data and airtime.

Went to Themba Lethu Clinic yesterday at Helen Joseph Hospital Auckland Park JHB. Their computer systems have been down for two days. The staff there went out of their way to expediate the manual processes in order to see the Doctor and obtain medication. They were absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend their service
