Still awaiting my refinery order when I click on track order states with customer 12.01.2026 Did not recieve please can I get contacted as I did email and no response.
I am very upset and disappointed in the service that we have recieved from Bradlows port shepstone by Roxanne, I sent my brother to purchase a sleepmaster quilt queen matress protector they said no stock, the sales person sold him a grey which whilst he was in the store paid for it and he called me I said if its not white quilt like advertised please refund then the cashier finds the one he wants she refuses to exchanged it she requires a bank statement what for as the purchase is made in store not even 5 mins I said to him walk out with the slip and leave d matress protector with them I will inform hello Peter of the terrible service experienced knowing we need it for a christ gift tomorrow. Roxanne you have no customer and product knowledge you shouldn't even be there. Good luck to the other exchange customers demanding bank statements thats private source. Our proof of purchase is not important anymore to this business.

Hollywood bets are total *****sters I gambled put in R585 Played laughing Buddha got 3 pots choose number 10 gets full screens on a R12 bet goes up to R1000 and something and I only could withdraw out R548 that's totally bull**** according to their percentage we are actually gambling not 2 win but to get ******. I went into the standard bank south coast mall, there was a lady at the front desk asked me if i need help i said yes i want a funeral cover fo my gran mother she says how old i said 81 she says oh no i cant help u shes to old so i said but my mother has taken a cover for her as well how did it go through. So she says just stand in the que and wait so i said i dont have enough time, so another consultant helped me to do it sat for almost an hour thaan she says it went through please come tomorrow to sign documents so i told her please call me to sign them when they ready she did not up until today. Terrible service no wonder they are so quite. I would never reecommend them.
Game southcoast mall, shelly beach As a regular customer it is my second experience at The game store at southcoast mall, where their biscuit prices are nt updated with the correct prices. Any 4 bakers biscuits for R90 I took 4 bakers of my choice i get to the till and they state its eet sum mor, tennis, marie biscuit amd lemon creams. So the promo should read 1 of each not any 4 bakers for R90 as I took 2 eet sum mor. The first experience the price of tennis biscuit was R25.99 get to the till paid R27.99 This is not on i also have another complaint its monthend the que is long with only 2 cashiers. And the cashier that asisted me by the name of Lindani think hes a casual he says hes a cashier so its not hes job to the prices of the products really pathethic service i will not shop there again.
I purchased a stylo tablet for my daughter its now the second time its going in the store for repairs within 1 week, it automatically goes of and on. Its a terrible brand cellular i will not advise people to purchase a stylo phone.
This service is terrible i emailed a supervisor by the name of Dlamiss3@telkom.co.za to correct my account a week ago still no feedback.
