Oder from Frankie fat cake brackendowns Alberton, my oder was missing a item and some dome items was burn, the food was a disappointment. I phone the store to speak to a manager but was told both time the manager is not in and apparently only coms in once a week. Bothe time my number was taken and guven then two fays and still nothing. Food was terrible and so is the experience and service

MR D food delivery
MR D its really handy when you not in the mode for shops and people, except when there is a problem. That add additional cost to each item on the menu ontop of the stories prices and the delivery and services changers. I placed an oder and was missing a item, and was some items was burnt. I phibed to complain and submitted a photo, all I got was a R35 coupon and they expect me to ve happy, i cant even oder a regular chips for the same restaurant

I added items to my cart I wanted and took a screenshot before checking out. It showed me my total price was R969 when the payment went through it toke R1266. I sent them the screenshot and yet they say there is nothing wrong I payed the correct amount. But I have proof that I was charged incorrectly
