Incompetence and Unaccusable seniors/management
Worst Customer Service from *********** Consultants prematurely answering emails and being patronizing. Not being allowed to speak to senior personnel of management. Not being cc'd in correspondence that resulted in more than 6-month delay and having to open Ombudsman complaint. Are you not willing to pay for competent employees anymore or also chasing BEEE compliance or merit?????2 replies

Worst shakes ever!!!
Worst .istake to bring these supposedly fabulous milksahes to your menu. Even the waiter agreed the rolo is terrible! Tastes like watery coffee and the apple pie milkshake is even worse!!!! Poor staff having to sell these things.0 replies

Worst Service Ever
Worst customer care. No one gets back to you. There website is apparently a problem, but yet, it is functional. Delivery fees on website faulty and you have to pay additional, even though the amount was added upon checkout. No confirmation emails, no invoice and you can ask your ears off for some feedback it does not happen.0 replies
