Do not Stay in Weinprop properties, What a **** of a place...!!!!! I stayed at Weinprop Properties for approximately three years, and my experience was largely negative. Throughout my stay, I often felt uncomfortable due to ongoing issues at the property. At the 12th Road location, there appeared to be little to no security. In my first year, my belongings were ****** while I was away, and no one could account for how the person gained access. Communication was consistently poor, as tenants were rarely informed about issues affecting the property and were expected to find out on their own. There were several instances at night where individuals attempted to enter rooms, which made the environment feel unsafe. Maintenance was also lacking, and despite the poor quality of some interior finishes, tenants were still expected to pay additional costs without clear explanations. Billing was another concern. Water charges fluctuated significantly, for example from R60 one month to R2000 the next, without any prior notice or clarification. I moved out two months ago due to these ongoing issues. Since then, I have emailed repeatedly regarding the return of my deposit, but I have not received any response. During my stay, electricity was sometimes switched off even when rent had been paid on time, which added to the frustration and inconvenience.
Please do not visit Tiger's Milk with a new guy, under any circumstances. Here is my story and experience and hope someone else can learn from it: First time I went to Tigers Milk Bryanston was on the 3rd May 2024. The meal was lovely and the service was great. Until I was ****med. The person I went on a date with ****med me and took my things and flee. Including cards and my phone (not blaming the restaurant). That was unfortunate. But after that, I requested that the staff to please call the police since it was now part of the crime. The staff at your restaurant refused to call the police and called me a ***** and that I am now unable to pay the bill and the guy who ****med me, I was apparently working with me. Even when I noted that I do not mind making payments the next day and for that time, I needed the police coz I was in distress and the person ****** and ****med me. The staff at your restaurant ganged up on me and called me a ***** and made my experience worse than it was. The security at the restaurant further noted that this is not the first time ladies come with guys at your restaurants and they ****med them. This is a very concerning statement. Which makes your restaurant a hotspot for ****mers. The staff made me stay in the restaurant from 8pm to 12am, feeling cold and distressed while refusing to call the police. The lady who was serving me threatened me that if I do not make a payment, she will post my video and photos all over tick tock and make sure that the world knows I am ****med On that night, the other lady requested that I give them my emergency contact so that they can call and request the person to make payments. I told them I am the sole bread winner at the home and I will make payment the next day, even if I transfer. They started ganging up on me again and note that because I am also a ****mer, now I do not want to give them my emergencies. I told them I know my mothers number by head but she is 73 and she will be devastated. They still forced me to call my mom. I did and then she confirmed what I noted was true. My mom could not sleep. When she called the restaurant again, the ladies noted to my mother that I am a ***** and ****mer and I am running around robbing restaurants. I even walked out of the restaurants walking at 12am. My mother was deviated, she had to be rushed to the doctor because she was scared and had a panic attack. The payments was done as promised and the person was arrested but the treatment from your restaurant remains devastating and greatly concerning.
On the 5th of Sep I went to Roots Pan Africa Mall Butchery, I had two bags with me. I waited in line to put one bag on the parcel counter and went on with the bag that had a laptop. When I got in, a lady asked why am I walking in with a bag, I said it’s a laptop bag and it has a laptop, the security lady was rude and asked me to see if it was really a laptop in the bag, I said No, which is not the policy. She called a guy security guard to come search my bag. Mind you, I am just standing at the door, I haven’t even got in yet. The guy security come and says to me he needs to open my bag to see what is inside, I tell him it’s a laptop. He forces me to open my bag. I said to him that there are a lot of people at the store, if I open my bag and someone sees it and follows me home and robs me, who is going to be liable, he then started shouting at me. The store manager comes and still wants to check my bag. I have never been so violeted by the store over a small issue. I was so upset, overwhelmed and shaking over such poor and rude service, I couldn’t even continue with my monthly shopping. I put the basket on the floor because I was crying and walked out. When I walk out, the another lady security who was looking at me, was touching me and searching me, while she was looking at me crying the whole time. I have never had such a terrible experience with the store. I am so upset and hugely inconvenience by your store. Teach your stores to do better. What they did to me was inhumane and treated me like a ***** and I buy big from that store, every month!!!!
