My 72 year old mother bought 2 loaves of Albany brown bread from malvern checkers on the 11 December and when opening it the next day we find its got whites spots all over and off. The expiry date is 12. Made several calls to their customer care that makes you hold till your airtime is gone. Asked repeatedly for them to call back. Even got other people to call them on my behalf but still no call back almost 2 weeks later. Tiger brands shows it is ********* and dishonest in its business practices and produce inferior products which is evident by the bread and also a 800g black cat peanut butter which I haven't even tried to call about yet. They don't care about their customers who pay them cash for their inferior products and have that cash in their bank accounts while they don't even bother to call back their customers who are pensioners and can't afford much. In turn they don't even offer you a refund of your cash but vouchers for more products that may or may not be worth your cash. Tiger brands does not value their customers and does not have their customers best interests at heart or anywhere in their planning. Disgusting service from such a huge company
So spar chatsworth centre is advertising meat at R98 per kg and my 70 year old mother takes an Uber from queensburgh to them at R150 there and R150 back. She gets to the counter. Asks a lady to cut her a half lamb but the lady says we already cut and hands her a pre packed packet at R480 approx. So in total R780 spent. She gets home and the meat is what only he described as rotten and off and stinks up my entire kitchen. So yesterday 28th June I called the store 4 times with no answer and again today 4 times. The first I I an answer and they dropped the call when I asked to whom am I speaking to and there after didn't answer the 3 times I called back.my take on this store is that they are dishonest. This I say because not only are they selling rotten meat but also falsely advertised it at R98/kg but on the till slip it is actually R109.99/kg. What's more is they don't answer their phones because they know what they are doing and they.... I would like them to come fetch their rotten meat and get a full refund with my Uber fees included and I will never shop there again or suggest anyone spend their hard earned money at a store with ********* practices like spar chatsworth centre especially when it comes to food and not in
I've been a client of fnb for over 15 years, have had a law on call policy with them for ID guess over 5 years and in 2022 I for the first time used this policy to fight a protection order from a lieing neighbor, the attorneys provided was Anisa khan attorneys, 1st my attorney that was supposed to be in court by my side wasn't for the duration of the case, 2nd they didn't fight for me but rather urged me to settle while I wasn't guilty, 3rd they then provided an advocate that looked and sounded like he just got his credentials and this was like one of his first few cases, based a report that he submitted stating that my chances are slim to non to win fnb renaged or retracted their support of "my claim" so I got to the last day of court after having numerous calls to FNB made to resolve the situation and my attorneys provided by FNB stepped down as my attorneys and I was left alone but I still won with my neighbour's running for the hills because of the proof that the said attorneys did not produce in court which they were supp**** with, directly after which I canceled my policy with FNB Law On Call, my thoughts of it all is I wasted my time and money on FNB Law on Call which I would never get back, 2nd it was the first time I utilized them in all the years I paid them and they failed me so it beckons the question what would have happened if it was something more serious and if I was a stupid waiting on my attorneys and not a person to stand up for myself and my rights?? What's more is that after numerous calls and messages left for FNB Law On Call management to call me, they could spare a few minutes to call me to hear a piece of my mind and what I thought of their useless attorneys they provided that I paid them for. I would not suggest you spend your hard earned money on them thinking you will get good or sufficient legal representation when or if you need it in this country of ours, a total waste is what they are in my opinion based on my first hand experience.
I bought a 1lt yogurt from Pnp Pavillion, get home and it's before sell by date but spoilt, call parmalat the next working day 24/08/23, register a complaint, get asked to WhatsApp pics, did it, got no response for over 2 weeks, called head office&eventually Christi answers, got someone from cc again, they sent 4 numbers, for over 3 weeks, couldn't get management on the phone, got a supervisor from cc threatens me on the phone and says he can't help, eventually call cheese plant and they get a message to jhb plant and after all the stress and bull****, over R170 airtime spent they didn't have the decency to call me from head office or management and send a R50 WI code after taking my Cash and I am a disabled pensioner, what a fkng kick I the teeth, I will not support parmalat ever again as I am not valued or respected as a customer and it's only my money that's valued and even that they take and give you spoilt products. Dishonest company with no values or morals to show. And don't waste your time calling numbers that are listed because there is no answer
