Horrible customer experience
My experience with this company is a nightmare, you literally beg for service and all the staff there *********** to the core, very horrible yet they are celebrating 30 plus years, the only well deserving employee of the year is a lady named Shantel C......

The callback option ...
The callback option really helps a lot,and the claim process is seamless, the only challenge is when some of their consultants promise to call you they take their time especially on fridays
