I had a really positive experience with Outsurance when I needed a claim for my ****** phone. The process was surprisingly smooth and efficient. From the moment I logged the claim, Rowena Van Wyk the consultant, guided me step by step and kept me updated throughout. What I really appreciated was how quickly everything was handled. I didn't have to go back and forth endlessly and they made sure I understood all yhe details. Within a short time, my claim was approved and resolved. It gave me a peace of mind knowing that Outsurance truly delivers on their promise when you need them most.
I want to report a cashier from Checkers Hyper [Klerksdorp] who goes by the name of Grace. She is the worst cashier I have ever seen. She doesn't have a friendly face at all and she doesn't make contact with us customers. My family and I got into Checkers Hyper in Klerksdorp on the 7th of June 2025 around 17:30 to do our essential shopping. While we were busy shopping through the different isles, I was keeping in mind the closing time which was 18:00 and eventually when we got to the till, I greeted this Grace lady together with her colleagues and I loudly apologised for being the only customer left in the shop. Grace did not even respond nor did she look me in the eye. I repeated myself so loud and told her that I'm sorry and she still did not respond. The fact that I apologized for being the only customer at the time of knock off, I felt disrespected and ignored by this lady who was not so "graceful". If anything would make me a happy customer again, I would appreciate it if she apologises to me and make a promise that she will never treat any customer like that because it is not nice being given a cold shoulder especially when you're a customer.
Firstly, if I could, I'd give this low class company a minus one because their service is the worst. Instratin Realty does not consider their tenants feelings whatsoever. As a previous tenant, I encounted lots of problems with them and they always take their time first before they can assist their tenants. I moved out of one of their properties in February 2025 and we're currently in May 2025, I still have not received back my deposit of R2 960.00. I sent several emails to finance alerting them how urgent I need to get back my deposit because I need to pay my tuition fees since it's exam season but no one has taken this into consideration. I only received a response once to tell me to sent through my proof of banking details. That was their only communication to me. Instratin Realty must be closed down because they do not understand the work PROFESSIONALISM. They are only quick to respond whenever someone is looking for an apartment. I am disgusted and defeated at this point. I wish someone can help me honestly :(
