Most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received in my life l.Me and my wife were looking for a quick snack so we decided to go to Burger King at Turfhall Road /Lansdowne .My wife ordered online and we decided that we were going to use the drive through and just give the cashier the code for our order ,when we arrived at the window no.1 there was no one visible so we proceeded to wondow 2 in which I explained to them that there is no one there and they assured me that someone is there I then argued that we we stood by the window no one was there so they asked me to go right around again to window 1 ,so we did just that when we got there we hooted and that when a lady whom they say her name is Nono opened the window and told us to go back to the speaker and tell her that we have a code which was unnecessarily,I explained to her that I didn’t know that I must do that ,she then rudely shut the window and said she won’t help me ,I stood there until another lady came to assist,while the other lady was assisting I could hear how she was shouting and swearing at the background …firstly I was paying for my meal and it was not for free for that employee to treat us like that was so disgusting,would like to know if is that how the franchise treat it customers if it’s that then I would rather spend my money somewhere else and warn the public of how customers are treated at Burger King..
Worst company I have ever dealt with ,March the 6th I purchased an item which was supposed to take 2-8days after delivery,well I have waited for more then 4weeks now and the owner keeps on giving me a run around ,Tactical ****** must refrain from *****ulent activities with their false advertising. Still waiting on my order and the owner doesn’t even have the guts to reply to my messages and emails ,don’t even pick up my calls ….FOR THOSE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING THROUGH THEM THINK TWICE….
I have been waiting for the agreement of loss document from Nedbank insurance for the past 15days ,I have sent numerous emails but no one has bothered to assist me ,I explained to them that I need that document for my other policies but to me it seems as if they don’t care because they are not the ones in need of getting a vehicle but I am ..currently I’m struggling mentally and financially thanks to them because they don’t care.
I bought food via Uber eats @Annesa’s in wynberg order number 83 ,apon the arrival of the half gasby I opened it and while eating I noticed a dead ****roach inbetween the chips ….this is really disgusting and I demand that this place refund me back my money and ontop of that I will take this further so that they will learn not to serve people disgusting food …I wonder if they even consider the well-being of their customers nor value them if they will be serving food with ****roaches is the health and safety precautions even followed if they have such disgusting insects in their food
These car tracking company is a ****ming people,back in June I was involved in a car accident I called car track for towing services which is part of my package,during the course while I was rushed to hospital my vehicle was towed by a company which car track had approved to tow my vehicle ,I gave my address to the agent which assisted me as to where my vehicle must be towed ,when I was discharged from hospital I received a message stating my vehicle was towed to a towing yard ,I then called car track my they assured me they provided my address,2 days later I was liable to pay R6500.00 to get my vehicle released,I laid a complaint with them to ask them to refund me the total which I had to pay as it was not my fault that my vehicle wasn’t towed to the address which was provided to the agent who assisted me ,I was sent a mail stating I would be refunded but until today I have never received any refund but yet car track is still debiting from my account on a vehicle which was written off before 30days of our agreement
