Placed online order for flowers for my wife, after a R100 airtime wasted calling their online store I never received my order! Called to cancel and was told refund would take 14 days wow

After they captured my car details incorrectly I was told to go back and fetch my car as Toyota shouldn’t work on it until they fix the error on their end. So now my car is not service after paying all my payments on time. The customer care lady (Boitumelo/Boipelo) was ********** to say the list. Told me straight up that they can’t fix my issue and she won’t even hand me over to a manager, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING. IF my claim goes through I will be cancelling with immediate affect

This business is a total ****. Tried to cancel and was told you can't over the phone until someone from retentions calls you back within 48hours. It's been 4 days now. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE *****STERS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
Please please don’t sign up with these people, I stay in LakeHaven Estate and for the past 3 months we have been fighting to get fibre installed. Can’t get another company cuz they have already signed a deal with the estate. Worst Customer care I have ever witnessed
